Suction hoses & pressure hoses
The hoses listed here are suitable due to their structure for suction applications (vacuum) and also for various high overpressures. Many of the suction hoses have a spiral shaped reinforcement, which gives the hose a special vacuum stability. The quality of the spirals and their integration in the hose material (material and wall thicknesses) are critical for the properties of the hose. Hoses with exterior spirals (spiral hoses), e.g. made of PVC or polyurethane are especially flexible. These spiral hoses should only be assembled with specially provided wire hose clips for them, as "normal" hose clips can cause damage. Warning: The spiral suction hoses shorten when used for suction.
