Guillemin couplings NFE 29572 / EN 14420-8
Guillemin couplings are mainly used for tanker trucks, silos in industry and agriculture (mainly in BeNeLux). The connection for the claw couplings of standards NFE 29572 and EN 14420-8 is done by the interlocking of 4 upright jaws. Usually a coupling is used on mobile systems which is equipped with an adjustable clamping ring (locking), which locks the jaws by twisting. To create the connection, at least one of the coupling halves must be equipped with a lock. Only the coupling with the lock is equipped with a soft seal, which is also made of FKM or PTFE as well as NBR as replacement seal. We supply the couplings made of stainless steel or aluminium.
